Terms of Use
Last updated July 28, 2026
By using this service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a video or use a generated result.
The service
The service turns public YouTube transcripts into AI-generated key points, summaries, chapters, transcripts, and exportable notes. Features, limits, providers, and availability may change as the product develops.
Permitted use
Submit only public videos that you are lawfully allowed to access. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, overload the system, automate abusive request volumes, probe for secrets, or violate applicable law or another party's rights.
Generated results
AI-generated summaries can omit context, misunderstand speech, or contain errors. Verify important claims against the original video. Results are provided for convenience and are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
YouTube and third-party services
This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Videos, captions, thumbnails, trademarks, and linked material remain subject to their owners' rights and the applicable third-party terms.
Availability and limits
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Requests may be rate-limited, rejected by bot protection, or unavailable when a video, transcript provider, model provider, or hosting service is unavailable. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised.
Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use generated material and for checking whether your use requires permission, attribution, or additional review. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on generated output.
Removal and enforcement
Access may be restricted when use threatens the service or violates these terms. A generated page or cached result may be removed after a valid rights, privacy, or abuse report.
Changes
These terms may be updated as accounts, payments, or new features are introduced. Continued use after a published update means the revised terms apply from that point forward.
