One address, read by whoever is working on the site. There is no contact form here on purpose: a form needs a backend to catch it, and building one to forward mail to a mailbox that already exists would be two moving parts where one will do.
Putting the label in the subject line genuinely helps — it is one inbox, and a removal request should not sit behind a feature idea.
What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. The browser and whether it was a phone or a desktop are worth a line — a layout that collapses on one and not the other is otherwise very hard to find.
Send the link. Videos fail for real reasons — no caption track, a region block, a live stream that has not finished — and the message on screen cannot always tell which one it hit. With the link in hand it takes a minute to find out.
Include the address of the page and what is wrong with it: a rights issue, a privacy issue, or something the model got badly wrong about a real person. Say who you are in relation to the material, since that determines what can be acted on.
An export that will not unlock, a charge that looks wrong, or a question about the paid plan before it opens. Include the address you used, and never a card number — nobody here needs one.
Integrations, API access, bulk or academic use, or a question about how the pipeline is built. Short is fine.
A reply when there is something useful to say. This is not a staffed support desk and there is no response-time promise attached to it; pretending otherwise would be the easiest sentence on this page to write and the first one to be wrong.
Two things are worth checking before you write. If a video failed, the transcript page explains the usual causes, and most of them are properties of the video rather than faults here. If the question is what happens to a link after you paste it, the privacy page already answers it in more detail than an email would.
Please do not send confidential material. Mail arrives at an ordinary mailbox, and the terms are the right place to look before sending anything a lawyer would care about.
